Licensed Therapists
ALL IN Counseling & Mental Performance Coaching is seeking licensed clinicians who are energized by working with athletes, leaders, and high performers.
We are looking for therapists who understand that performance and mental health are intertwined — and who can help clients navigate anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, trauma, identity development, and pressure at the highest levels.
Ideal Candidates:
- •Fully licensed (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
- •Experience with adolescents, collegiate athletes, or professionals
- •Comfortable integrating performance psychology with clinical care
- •Motivated, self-directed, and collaborative
This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling, referral support, and the opportunity to grow within a high-performance ecosystem rooted in The ALL IN Mindset™.

Experienced Mental Performance Coaches
ALL IN is expanding our mental performance division and seeking experienced coaches who know how to train the mind like athletes train their body.
We are looking for professionals who can help athletes build confidence under pressure, improve focus and emotional regulation, develop leadership and resilience, and execute when it matters most.
Ideal Candidates:
- •Background in sport psychology, performance coaching, or related field
- •Experience working with competitive athletes
- •Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
- •Growth-oriented and aligned with high standards of excellence
This is a contractor role with opportunities for 1:1 coaching, team trainings, workshops, and academy programs.

As an ALL IN Sales Affiliate, you will introduce schools, teams, organizations, and families to ALL IN programs, promote workshops, trainings, and digital resources, and earn competitive commission on confirmed bookings and packages.

Master's Level Interns
ALL IN offers immersive training experiences for graduate-level interns pursuing careers in mental health, performance psychology, or athlete development.
Interns will gain experience in observing and assisting in mental performance sessions, supporting group workshops and youth programs, learning clinical-performance integration, and developing professional skills in a high-performance setting.
Ideal Candidates:
- •Enrolled in a Master's program (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sport Psychology, Sports Management, related field)
