Are Your Athletes Truly Ready?

Some stories need someone who lived them. Some tools need someone trained to teach them. Together, Elijah and Dr. Larkin deliver audience-specific programs that move people beyond inspiration and into action. One athlete. Four essential conversations. Their complete mental wellness and performance series prepares student-athletes for the demands of college athletics — before they step on campus, beyond the X's and O's, and from pressure to partnership. Bring one presentation or the complete series to your school, athletic department, or organization.

Elijah Victor Green

Elijah Victor Green is the Founder and CEO of The Mind Over Muscle Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to mental health education and mental performance training for student-athletes. A former Division I running back at the University of North Carolina, Indiana University, and Sam Houston State, Elijah's athletic career culminated in a rookie minicamp invitation from the Philadelphia Eagles — the son of 12-year NFL veteran Victor Green carrying on a family legacy built on the highest level of the game.

At UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School, Elijah earned his BBA with a 3.6 GPA, was named AD Scholar-Athlete of the Year, received the ACC Honor Roll distinction, and was a finalist for the Arthur Ashe Sports Scholar Award. He later earned his Master's in Business Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Behind every credential was a story that rarely gets told openly — the anxiety that eroded his confidence, the grief of losing his cousin and best friend mid-season, and years of performing at an elite level while struggling privately. Those experiences became the foundation of his life's work. He has led multiple mental health committees in college, NCAA oversight committees, and leadership roles to bring impact and change to athletes. Through keynote speaking, workshops, and clinical partnerships, Elijah equips athletes, coaches, and athletic departments with the tools to address mental health before it reaches a crisis — and the language to talk about it without shame.
